Sweden - Latvia Cooperation Fund

The Sweden – Latvia Cooperation Fund is an independent Foundation established in 2019 with the task to renew and strengthen the relations between the two countries. The capital interest is used to support exchange between groups, organizations and individuals.

We welcome applications from anyone who is interested in vitalizing the Swedish – Latvia cooperation.

The board, with four members from Sweden and four from Latvia, is also interested in developing projects with new partners from the business sector. We are also looking for external donors and partners interested in cooperation.

Purpose

The main task of the Sweden – Latvia Cooperation Fund is to work for bilateral exchange and knowledge sharing between the countries. Networking between young people in order to enhance social cohesion, creativity, innovations and entrepreneurs is in focus. The Fund is also working to enhance the Swedish language and culture in Latvia and vice versa.
