At its meeting on October 22, the Cooperation Fund Board reviewed the submitted applications, discussed them, and prepared a shortlist. The decisions were as follows:

The Board also decided to award funding to an internally developed project — support for teaching Nordic languages in Latvian schools, SEK 100,000.
